TWISTED TRIANGLE

A tiny ceramic vase made by Mai Tagawa.
The fur-like texture which is carefully hand-carved one by one, and the golden brown baked color give it a strong presence. The unique twisted shape let us delight our eyes without arranging any flower. It can be filled with water to hold fresh flowers as the inside is glazed.

MAI TAGAWA

"I listen to the voice of soil, how they want to be."

Graduated from Tama Art University. While a student at the university, she studied ceramic art. Currently based in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. She creates tablewares and vases with the unique scarlet coloration of clay.
