It was originally a spool used in a textile factory.

The surface seems to have the name of the individual, not the name of the factory. This might had been a work tool of “Mr. or Ms. Tonomura”. A small flower pot can be placed on it to give height to the plant. It is not much stable and has some cracks, so please do not put heavy things on it.
