RETURNS・REFUND

・If the item is out of stock, we will contact you, then cancel the order and refund the product price and shipping fee.
・We do not accept returns without contact in advance.

CANCELLATION


・We do not accept cancellations for the customer's personal reasons after the order has been placed.

・We do not accept cancellations due to a customer's inability or unwillingness to pay import fees, taxes, or duties.

・If payment is not completed for within 7 days, the order be cancelled.
